Can this machine be used as a “hatchery”?

Yes, the EggBloom cabinet model is typically a “combined incubator and hatcher.”
The bottom of the machine usually features a dedicated hatching area.
Alternatively, you can remove the roller egg trays from one level and replace them with flat-bottomed hatching baskets.
Professional recommendation: For large-scale operations, we advise purchasing a dedicated hatching machine for easier cleaning and disease prevention.

Is the internal temperature uniform in such a large machine? Are there any dead zones with temperature differences?

We employ a 360° powerful air circulation duct system.
Unlike desktop microfans, cabinet units feature industrial-grade fans that force hot air to circulate rapidly throughout the cabinet. Whether at the top or bottom, center or corners, temperature variations are strictly controlled within ±0.1°C.

Does the incubator require water refilling during operation? How is it done?

Yes, but it's extremely low-maintenance.
Our cabinet-style incubators feature an automatic water replenishment system. Simply connect the water hose to an external large water tank or bucket. The internal water valve automatically regulates the water level, eliminating the need for frequent manual door openings to add water. This saves effort and prevents temperature and humidity fluctuations caused by door openings.

Does this large machine consume a lot of electricity?

Although its power rating is higher than desktop models, thanks to its thick insulation layer, the machine retains heat for extended periods after warming up, allowing the heating element to operate intermittently. On average, the incubation cost per chick is very economical.

How do I clean such a large incubator after hatching?

All-metal/powder-coated exterior: Smooth surface wipes clean effortlessly.
Removable internal components: All egg trays, rollers, and water pans can be fully removed. Rinse them thoroughly under running water for disinfection. Wipe the interior with a damp cloth.

What if the power goes out?

For commercial incubation, power outages are devastating.
EggBloom cabinet units support automatic dual-power switching (some models require optional inverters). Upon loss of mains power (110V/220V), the unit instantly switches to backup 12V battery power. For large cabinet units, we recommend equipping them with high-capacity truck/automotive batteries to ensure extended runtime.
