We accept returns and exchanges of eligible items in new, unused condition within 30 days of receipt, with valid proof of purchase. Please contact us at email:service@eggbloom.com before sending anything back, as returns will not be processed without prior notice.
Preparation for Shipment
- Orders will be processed at CST12:00 from Monday to Friday, and subsequent orders will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that we have received your order. Please review the details and confirm your order information. When your order ships, we will send a separate email with the tracking information.
- In order to better serve our customers, we will fulfill the order according to the confirmation email information and deliver the goods within 1-3 business days.
- If any order information is incomplete or if an item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a replacement. If a replacement cannot be arranged within 5 days, we will remove the item from your order or cancel the order and issue a refund.
- If your order has not shipped, please contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund.

- Your order has left our warehouse.
- Free standard shipping with a delivery time of 4–15 business days for all products within the United States.
- If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. We also accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Please ensure the shipping address on your order is complete and correct. We are not responsible for losses caused by incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses.

- Your order has arrived! Orders are delivered 7 days a week before 10 p.m.
Transport damage
If an item arrives damaged:
- If possible, ask the delivery driver to note any visible damage on the package at the time of delivery.
- If damage is discovered after opening the package, please contact us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
- All merchandise becomes your property once we hand it over to the freight company.The freight carrier is responsible for complete and safe delivery of your merchandise.
- It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise when it is delivered. If the freight carrier fails to deliver your merchandise in good condition, it is your responsibility to note the damage before signing for it.
- Contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Photos of the package, shipping label, and damaged merchandise are required to process a claim and issue a refund or replacement. If items arrive damaged, are defective, or if the wrong merchandise was sent, the issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- Should goods arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly dispatched, any related issues must be raised within three days of receipt.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any non-defective reason, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. All returns require proof of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, have the original UPC barcode, be in good condition and ready for sale to qualify for a refund. Buyers are responsible for returning unwanted items to Eggbloom.
For returns not due to quality issues: the buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs (no refund for outbound shipments, return shipments are at the buyer's expense), and a 10% replacement/processing fee may be charged; returned goods must be in their original packaging/resaleable.
Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has arrived at our facility.
For returns not due to quality issues, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Returns cannot be shipped C.O.D.
Except when a product is confirmed defective as described in the “Return and Exchange Standards” section, Eggbloom is not responsible for shipping charges. All item(s) will be inspected prior to a refund being processed and Eggbloom has the right to refuse any returns based upon the condition of their arrival. For non-defective returns, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will not be credited back onto your original payment or store credit.

Our return policy is straightforward: If, during normal operation, you experience a functional defect with the egg incubator and our troubleshooting cannot resolve it, you may request a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery, after we confirm the issue.

Eggbloom warrants its equipment to be free of functional defects in material and workmanship.If within 30 days of delivery you feel an item to be defective, please call us.You may be asked to return the merchandise in order to receive a refund. Refunds can include the purchase price along with all transportation charges if the product is found defective. Warranty does not cover damage to equipment arising from alteration, abuse or use of product for other than its intended purpose. Photos must be supplied for damaged product replacement.

Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a refund will be processed and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will not be credited back to your original form of payment or store credit.
